This Bourgogne Blanc is a smart blend, young Saint Romain vines for stony backbone, high altitude Chardonnay for bright acidity, and riper Maconnais fruit for generosity, aged a year in used barrels without racking. The result is a fleshy yet fresh, terroir driven
