NV | Mendel Semillon | La Consulta Gramona Sourced from biodynamically grown grapesMendel Semillon is the maximum expression of this old white grape variety in a still wine. It clearly presents its varietal notes such as white flowers and honey, as well as some herbaceous and tropical fruit notes that give it complexity. Its passage through wood gives it notes of coconut and soft smoked and great volume and smoothness in the mouth. It is a complex, elegant and very pleasant wine to drink.
