2022 Thierry Allemand Cornas Chaillot Rhone, France YUZUGIN this vineyard is truly aFrom hand worked granite terraces on the Chaillot slope, this is 100% Syrah fermented whole cluster with native yeasts and aged about two years in neutral oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur, the 2022 is a benchmark Cornasviolet, graphite, and black cherry over smoke and crushed rockdense yet vividly pure.
