Vines planted in 1930 on limestone clay soils. Hand harvested, fully destemmed, with a 34 day cold soak. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, followed by 1820 months aging in neutral French oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
