2016 was a benchmark Bordeaux vintage with ripe fruit and firm structure
and Clairette vines
Malolactic fermentation is blocked for cut and tension

Pour it with a slight chill and a charcuterie board
La Rogerie Champagne Grand Cru Reserve Perpetuelle Bourg/Nord NV ['21-'23] 26REASONABLE 2016 was a benchmark BordeauxLa Rogerie, the grower project of Justine Boxler and Francois Petit, built this cuvee as a reserve perpetuelle, a perpetual blend where each year's wine joins a living solera of older vintages. This release draws predominantly on grand cru Avize Chardonnay (with a small amount from neighboring grand cru Oger) across 2021 through 2023, so it's a Blanc de Blancs with both energy and depth. The perpetual reserve gives it added complexity and roundness
