2023 Caroline Morey Chassagne-Montrachet Chambrees, Cote de Beaune, France Shiokawa Region: JuraBlend of Chardonnay from Le Chne, Les Masures, and La Bergerie lieux dits. Sustainably farmed. Whole cluster pressed; native yeast fermentation. Aged in 350L French oak barrels (approx. 2530% new), no btonnage, bottled unfiltered.
