2025 Domaine de Triennes Rose France IGP Normandy 2016 Annie et Philippe BornardFounded by Jacques Seysses (Dujac) and Aubert de Villaine (DRC), Triennes farms limestone hills in the Var and makes a pale, dry ros led by Cinsault with Grenache and Syrah. The fruit is night harvested, pressed directly, and fermented cold in stainless steel (no oak, no malolactic) before a short lees rest and an early bottling to lock in freshness.
