The wine is aged in a combination of the estate's oldest foudres and French oak barrels for 14 to 16 months before bottling

2023 La Pierre Ronde Meursault Les Perchots Amphore, Cote de Beaune, France The Color Collector Soil: clay-limestoneVariety: Chardonnay Vine Age: 60 years Terroir: Situated at the bottom of the hill, near the border of Volnay. Gentle slope, deep soil. Vinification: Directly pressed, settled for 24 hours. Fermentation and aging on the lees in a combination of used barrels and amphora. Aged for approx. 12 months, racked once and aged for another 4 months in stainless steel. No fining.
