Swirling evokes candied ginger, sizzling embers, sour melon and crushed dried flower aromas. It envelopes the palate with silky textural fruits, tart apples and nectarine. Zesty acidity adds energy, and saline minerals slowly saturate. This finishes with incredible length, leaving a citrusy concentration and sensation of liquid florals
