which comes from a site tucked up into the western edge of Saint Helena

The intense pink dress is studded with fine pearls

2023 | Jean Aubron Folle Blanche | IGP Val de Loire Scarlett this cuvée matured in equalZippy and electric, this 100% Folle Blanche is harvested from 40+ year old vines, fermented in stainless, but unlike other Folle Blanches, is allowed to sit on its lees for a few months (time depends on vintage). Crisp and bright as the sun, with notes of lime zest and limestone, white flowers and a bit of beachy salinity.
