2021 Kolfok Querschnitt White Austria Trail Marker The grapes are direct pressedQuerschnitt means 'cross section' referring to the representation of Burgenland's soils and varietals in one cuvee. Grown organically on volcanic, as well as schist and loam soils surrounding the Neckenmart village. Whole cluster press then 2hr soak and spontaneous fermentation in 1200L oak. Kolfok wines are never filtered or fined.
