2023 Emmanuel Rouget Bourgogne Aligote, Burgundy, France Pfalz The grapes here come fromFrom one of Burgundys most respected domaines, this Aligot is precise and energetic. Sourced from estate vines, the fruit is direct pressed and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel. No oak, no fluffjust a pure, saline driven expression of Aligot with zippy citrus, green orchard fruit, and stony lift. A serious rendition from a name known for rigor. Wine arrives late April, 2026.
