2022 | Passing Time Cabernet Sauvignon | Horse Heaven Hills Oeno P grapefruit granitaIt has a Bordeaux like nose of darker currants, lead pencil, damp earth, violets, and leafy tobacco. This carries to a medium to full bodied, concentrated Cabernet with ultra fine tannins, beautiful overall purity and balance, and enough structure and depth.
