2022 Maxime Crotet Pinot Noir 'Nord-Est', Vin de France Stolpman Super freshPinot Noir planted in the early 1990s in the Alsatien village of Itterswiller about 45 km from Strasbourg. Vines are farmed organically, hand harvested into small cases. 18 day semi carbonic maceration with zero additives with some pump overs and a bit of foot trodding. Aged 10 months in french oak. Sulfur added at bottling. Total SO2 = 20 mg l.
