2022 Jacques Lassaigne Coteaux Champenois Rouge, Champagne France Dona Berta Grolleau GrisFrom the Chres Vignes (literally dear vines) old vines on chalk site in long term lease of 70 year The grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, gently pressed after 10 days of maceration, and then aged in a neutral oak vat for one year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, zero sulfur added.
