There was only one boot that has 190mm between the front and the back mounting bolt. This was from the Rollerblade brand and it was a flop. Ods are 99,9% that this frame does not fit your skate! You can make it fit by redrilling the holes in most 165mm mounted boot that don't have a metal mounting plate underneath. These are skates like for example the FR X and Seba E3.
