Before founding her own domaine, Clotilde Davenne spent sixteen vintages as chief oenologist for Jean Marc Brocard one of the defining cellars of modern Chablis. In 2005 she struck out on her own from the village of Prhy, at the southern edge of the Chablis appellation, where she now farms some 30 hectares across Chablis, Saint Bris, Irancy and the Ctes d'Auxerre.
