2022 Weingut Karl Haidle Alte Reben Trollinger, Württemberg, Germany Bollinger old French Allier casksFrom 3050 year old, biodynamically farmed vines on gipskeuper (gypsum rich keuper) in the Remstal, this is 100% Trollinger picked by hand and given a short cold soak before spontaneous fermentation on the skins. The wine then rests for at least a year on fine lees in large old wooden casks and is bottled unfiltered with low sulfur at just 10% ABV.
