Domaine des Escaravailles "La Ponce" Rasteau, 2022 Madeira and now also Cabernet SauvignonElegant with notes of blackberry, fig, black fruits, garrigue, blackcurrant, leather and stony minerality. 80% Grenache with 20% Syrah from their Estate vineyard, "La Ponce". The grapes are fermented in concrete tanks with the Syrah also aging in barrel.
