The fruit of yellow finger lime is fatter and the juice sweeter than the more common green finger lime variety. On ripening the rough, thin skin is a green yellow while the citrus caviar turns a pale yellow colour. The yellow finger lime fruit looks particularly attractive on the tree, especially on our patio and standard ranges. Names Yellow Finger Lime, Citrus Caviar, Citrus australasica
