I'm terrible with my dog breeds--certainly this is a terrier

The way the long fingers of her left hand spread protectively over her dog's shoulder

but revealing the hand of its maker through small imperfections here and there

with very satisfying crusty old painted surface and carved form a bit suggestive of an arrow--making it a good one for hanging on the wall pointing toward whatever

6 1/4" l x 4 15/16" t x 1/2" thick and in very good condition

Whittled and Painted Toy Slingshot old wooden whimsy I'm terrible with my dogNot a lot of whole lot of carving went into this one, but someone certainly chose a good branch, flattened down one side a bit, and whittled the tips, then painted them silver and red. In perfect shape to put into play again, though also nice just an object sitting around latent with potential. 9" x 3 1 8" x 11 16" and in very good vintage condition.
