I believe this one dates to the very late 19th century

arm across the back--and the terrific progression of draped skirts

and the interior enamel is in near perfect condition

And I love how these feathers read both as stand ins from the diverse flock of birds from which they were plucked, and as a field of language which they might be used to pen.
