Made according to the traditional Pvoa recipe, it delights even the most discerning palates. Minerva mackerel pt is made with Scomber japonicus or Scomber colias mackerel. The mackerel is first cooked, fully cleaned and skinned, then finely blended. A unique product with a mild, refined flavour, ideal for preparing delicious starters and canaps.
