perhaps fellow trick-or-treaters

and the cup is 2 3/4" tall x 5 1/2" at widest (handle to handle)

I would think not older than the 1940s but am not an expert

Happily, her thigh terminates in a flat surface, so as to be able to display with booted foot in the air, making for a fabulous tabletop sculpture in all sorts of contexts.
