and I think all the better for the crazing and other imperfections they've invariably acquired over the past century and a half or so

Plus great hand-painted red lettering (carefully drawn in pencil with a straight edge first) on old oyster white paint on what looks to be quite an old wood board with rusty bent nails down the center of the back

decorating the top corners as well
