These flowers were borrowed from a memory of the best curtains ever seen, hanging in the window of an old Austrian mountain hut. After Blume was drawn, the design was sent to India where it was hand carved onto wooden blocks and printed on linen. Minnie Parker had hoped to keep production in the UK, but the natural imperfection of the block printed Blume improved the design, and the best flowers from that journey to India and back made
