with a faint old horizontal fold line down the center that I don’t think detracts at all

There is a small hole at the center of the top that a screw or nail would go through

then a woman I have to think is meant to represent the Madonna

and governed by the Seneca Nation

Including what is surely a cuticle pusher but also a bit like a tiny spoon of the sort to be used for snorting! And with plenty of use left in it. Closed: 2 9 16" x 1 2" x 1 4". Good condition, no cracks or issues, just a bit of aging rusting to the surface of the file.
