Arlot, Nuits Saint Georges Clos Arlot Rouge Vintage:2011 gravel and crushed flowers abound(a monopole planted between 1945 and 1950). An overtly floral, spicy and strikingly elegant nose displays notes of black cherry, cassis and violet. The rich and velvety medium bodied flavors possess a mouthfeel that is much like those of the Clos du Chapeau in that its borderline creamy while delivering fine depth and length on the ever so mildly warm finale.
