The artisans use the same techniques that are used for traditional Talavera ceramics to create the platter and six accompanying dishes. Use the center bowl to serve dips, with bite sized veggies surrounding it; or serve up a different nibble in each segment. The segments are also a great way to serve condiments and accompaniments to tacos or sandwiches.
