Seresin Sauvignon Blanc, 2023 Ciliegiolo Maley is Gianluca’s revival ofPomelo, grass, key lime. Soft, delicate texture. White grapefruit. This is a beautiful, elegant showing of Sauvignon Blanc that is silky while still presenting refreshing citrus notes. Michael Seresin pursued his passion for producing natural wine in the 90s in New Zealand; he is also known for his Cinematography work on films such as "Midnight Express" and "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban". Wild yeast fermented, small portion in French oak.
