T. Cohn c. 1940s Tin Clown Rattle (Sans Handle) insects and indeed his stance isI like this old tin noisemaker better for having been freed of its handle, such that one can just send it rolling along, rattling and swirling as it goes. I love these clowns in pink polka dots too. Made by T. Cohn, USA, c. 1940s I believe. 4 1 16 in diameter x 7 8 d. A patch of surface loss over the face of one clown and a bit along the rim. Otherwise very good condition, great color, very sturdy.
