This alcohol free, transparent and non cytotoxic barrier film provides a thin quickly drying breathable layer on the surface of the skin. It is composed of a unique 3M terpolymer that forms a breathable, transparent protective coating on the skin. The polymer is dissolved in a solvent system that makes
