In part, I think it's the old creamy white paint in combo with that perfect hunter green, and the fact that that paint job is a little messy around the edges. Also, the two closed doors plus one open one along the front, and the little hand painted windows on the sides. I have a hard time committing to larger scale, more ambitious folk art wooden houses and structures, though I
