I would guess it dates to the 1960s or early 70s
It measures 4 7/8" long x 1 1/16" wide x 4" tall and is in good antique condition
though all the better if literally so

This seems about right, though Id think perhaps she moved north (there are some of other Bolics from around the same time in Pennsylvania) to a place of snowy winters, where she might have been inspired to paint this. Though I don't know for sure, I am guessing she was African
