Peter Michael, L'Esprit des Pavots other_regions_australia The La Tour Blanche 2001A gorgeous second wine, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon L'Esprit des Pavots is succulent, racy and inviting. Dark cherry, plum, mocha, spice and new leather flesh out in this super expressive, pliant red wine from Peter Michael. Floral overtones add lift through to the finish. I would prefer to drink the 2015 over the near and medium term, as it is already quite expressive and delicious. The blend is 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc,
