It features two adjustable straps (over the in step and over the toes) to help customize the fit. A diagonal strap across the mid foot as well as a big buckle (which is actually Velcro) on the in step strap add some style points. A thick cork footbed provides a lot of support without sacrificing cushion. That footbed is also removable, meaning you can either replace the original cork footbeds
