Once ripe, place avocados into the bag. Close avocado bag by pulling the string tight. Do not squeeze the trapped air out of the bag. Store avocado bag on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator or in the fruit vegetable compartment. Do not overfill avocado bag, be sure avocados are not squashed against each other.
