How to resist this delightfully goofy, hand painted pink face, coupled with the fantastic turquoise and yellow of his outfit? I'd think he dates to the early 20th century, and extra nice that there is a base to squeeze handle, making for easy tabletop display. It takes a couple of squeezes to get him going, but once one does he's very acrobatic!
