When I found this mug I would have guessed it was made just a few years ago--it's in perfect condition

9 1/2"  x 6 3/8" x 1 1/16" and in overall good condition

The shapes and positioning of the jointed legs make for a luxuriously long lion stride

I've looked at a whole lot of these sorts of baskets

I am not certain of age but think likely 1940s-50s
