very light in weight but structurally sound and sturdy on its feet

1930s or so I believe

the beads run through the other side very quickly

but none of the sides look more recently cut than any of the others

Wonderful Antique CDV Photo Portrait with Homemade Hand-drawn Mount yarn winder in bottle Based on the characters onI purchased this from a seller in England, and know it came from a collection relating to the Arkwright family, who lived at Hampton Court Castle, Hereford from the early 1800s through 1912. (A quick google turns up a lot about them and lots of photos of that marvelous castle!) I believe it is a carte de visite albumen photo, which was given a custom mount, framing this young womanwith quite the necklace!in an ink drawn window, gazing out. Pretty
