Drink as an aperitif or pair with fish, soft cheeses, white meat, shellfish. 100% Incrocio Manzoni, which in this case is a crossing of Riesling & Pinot Bianco by Luigi Manzoni. The Seghesio family bought the estate in 1964 after the sharecropping system ended, selling the grapes.
