and a small water stain on the top--but provided one is a bit gentle with it

which suggests perhaps she is actually better used for growing herbs to complete dishes gleaned from Moosewood or my favorite

Lovely Old Turned Wood Ladle (Dipper) goggles case really--of its makerThis is a lovely old ladle or dipper made in two parts, with a turned blonde wood handle that is notched at the end to fit over the turned bowl, which appears to be made of a different, darker wood. Use for serving soup or hot spiced cider, or just hang on the wall from the handy hook on the end! 14 1 2 long x 3 widest diameter (where handle meets bowl) and in excellent antique condition.
