Docks and Harbour Board Pilot Ship in dock next to their offices, the Royal Liver Building (left) built between 1908 and 1911 and designed by Walter Aubrey Thomas, the Cunard building built between 1914 and 1916 and the Port of Liverpool Building (right). The three buildings are commonly known as 'The Three Graces'
