The piece is taped around the edges to the mat on the back side which should be fairly easy to carefully peel or cut away

I think this piece has some age to it but is in great condition and works perfectly

Beautifully made and with tiny beaded eyes

More Old Clay Marbles! Set One Scandinavian modern for carving I believeI'm not over my obsession with old clay marbles, and have just added four new (old) sets to the shop. I really love how each batch I've found has a different personality, and, like rocks, each marble is unique. Just so lovely. About 50 marbles exactly as shown. They are making pretty dramatic shadows against this white plate! These average about 1 2" in diameter, some a little bigger, some a little smaller. I've tried to weed out any with much damage,
