Constructed of silvered tombac in the standard form of a standard German national eagle with out spread wings clutching a wreathed mobile swastika on top of a banner dated 1939 within a pebbled field; the reverse plain, with a vertical pinback and a functional hinge catch assembly; measuring 45. 02 mm (w) x 30. 44 mm (h); weighing 10. 2 grams; in overall extremely fine condition.
