A silver Maltese cross with ball finals and purple enameled arms, along with stylized letter Ls between each arm of the cross; the obverse with a central silver Lippian rose, with a central red enameled medallion depicting a bird, surrounded by a ring of green enamels, inscribed FIDELITER SINE TIMORE 1906 (Latin Faithful without Fear); the reverse with a central silver medallion depicting the crowned royal cipher of
