Instituted in 1942. In silver gilt and enamel, a white enameled cross, the obverse centerpiece bearing a rampant lion on a red enameled field, circumscribed by a ring decorated with crossed red ribbons, hanging on a suspension loop, inclusive of loop 74. 1 mm (h) x 50. 1 mm (w), on red neck ribbon, enamels intact, extremely fine condition.
