A Heer reversible camouflage winter parka, constructed of padded cotton blend. The exterior is dyed in a classic splinter pattern with a mottle consisting of a pale olive drab base overlaid by irregular brown and dark green patterns, in turn overlaid by dark green vertical splinters.
