Constructed of field grey rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered red and white Croatian national emblem, topped by an inscription of HRVATSKA (CROATIA), unmarked, measuring 65 mm (w) x 90 mm (h), a BeVo variant in unissued and near mint condition.
