Saxony, Kingdom. A Fire Brigade 25-Year Long Service Badge, C.1900 Auction Archive medal with clasp(Ehrenzeichen fr Mitglieder der Feuerwehren fr 25 Jahre). Instituted 11 May 1885 by King Albert. (1885 1918 issue). Constructed of gilded silver and bronze, affixed to a bronze backplate with a horizontal pinback and period original length of ribbon, unmarked, measuring 42. 60 mm (w) x 34. 54 mm (h), weighing 17. 1 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
